What if I made some more, but played around a bit with the alcoholic additives?
Like, for instance, Amarula Balls? Or Kahlua balls? Or Brandy or Whiskey balls? Or maybe some orange liqueur balls..? Vodka Balls? Gin Balls?
And the powder that one rolls them in can also vary, from caramilk vermicelli to toasted coconut. Or even dipped in chocolate? (But for that I’ll have to freeze the balls first!)
And then the Second Prohibition of 2020 was foisted upon us here in South Africa, and all these ideas went out of the nearest window.
Maybe it is worth doing anyway, just for myself and my tribe. We all need to indulge sometimes. Not every day, or in every way, but sometimes, just for giggles.
