The initial draft of this manuscript was completed during NaNoWriMo in 2019. I took a massive gamble and instead of getting someone from outside to do it – at a premium – simply ran it through Grammarly before I submitted it to Amazon. Of course, that meant that I had to redo the layout a few times to make it look professional, but with eBooks, that is not really an issue and it can be done in an hour or so with the proper software.
Why am I writing under an assumed name? Well, I have been writing stories since I was old enough to hold a pen properly, but because I usually used my classmates and crushes as subject material, those stories weren’t very well received. So I made up my mind that I shall write stories under a pseudonym and any non-fiction that I write shall be published under my own name. After all, the checks will all be made out to the same person!
